Returns Policy

You have the option to return most items within 14 days from the date of collection or purchase. This policy covers all our products except for specially ordered or clearance items, which are non-returnable and non-refundable (see below). To initiate a return, cancellation, or exchange, please contact us via email, telephone, or in person. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in unused, undamaged condition. Clothing items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags intact. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase, as it will be required in case of damage.

Bicycle Returns

Bicycles must be returned in brand-new condition, unused and not ridden. Must be returned within 14 days from the date of collection or purchase. This policy covers all our bikes except for specially ordered which are non-returnable and non-refundable (see below).

Special Order Items

Special order items refer to goods that are not typically stocked and are ordered directly from the manufacturer. Full payment is required in advance for all special order items. Special order goods can only be returned if they are faulty or incorrect. Our team will work closely with you to ensure that your ordered items meet your specifications and needs.

Clearance Items

Clearance items may have minor aesthetic imperfections that do not affect their performance. These items are sold as-is and cannot be returned under the aforementioned policy. If you have any questions regarding clearance items, please don't hesitate to contact us.
